IT Support Engineer – On‑Call/Freelance (South Australia)

About the role

Eil Global is seeking experienced IT engineers to provide on‑site technical support across several locations in South Australia, including Tanunda and Angaston. The role is on‑call/freelance and focuses on delivering prompt, high‑quality service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver desktop support and resolve hardware and software issues on site.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
• Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging tasks.
• Assist with LAN and WAN network troubleshooting.
• Configure and support routers, switches and related network infrastructure.
• Respond quickly to service tickets and document resolutions according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Ability to work on‑call and travel to multiple client sites.
• Strong communication skills in Business English; local language proficiency is a plus.
