IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking two IT Support Engineers to join a collaborative technology team supporting a modern enterprise environment. This hands‑on position involves resolving incidents, managing service requests, and helping improve internal systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support across desktop, mobile and cloud environments.
• Support Windows, iOS and Android devices.
• Manage user access, identity management and SSO platforms.
• Administer Microsoft and Google environments, including Exchange and Workspace.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and application issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams to deliver outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Systems Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Windows Server.
• Exposure to IAM/SSO platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, PingID or OneLogin.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL environments.
