IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a well‑established Managed Service Provider in Australia. The role serves as a key escalation point for complex client issues, delivering both remote and onsite support across a variety of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and networking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical incidents on client sites, including network outages, router and switch faults, server problems and end‑user device issues.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and on‑site assistance for Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Collaborate with Level 1 engineers, offering guidance, escalation support and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and clear communication with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support or MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and basic Azure administration.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting networking hardware such as routers, switches and Wi‑Fi.
• Comfortable delivering face‑to‑face support at client locations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
