IT Support Analyst – Full‑time Office Role

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a leading non‑bank lender in Australia. In this full‑time, office‑based position you will provide technical assistance to end‑users, resolve hardware and software issues promptly, and help maintain a reliable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain software applications, operating systems and network components.
• Deliver training on IT tools, security protocols and best practices for new employees.
• Maintain accurate incident records using the Service Management process.
• Provide remote support via phone, email or remote‑desktop tools for off‑site users.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance, upgrades, patches and backups.
• Assist with network connectivity issues including Wi‑Fi, LAN and VPN.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection and password management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related qualification (e.g., CompTIA).
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and hardware components.
• Knowledge of common enterprise software tools.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, LAN, IP basics).
• Awareness of IT security policies and processes.
• Willingness to work five days per week on‑site in Australia.
• Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
