IT Services Analyst

About the role

You will deliver operational technology excellence as a trusted advisor, providing a concierge‑grade, end‑to‑end customer experience that resolves issues quickly and enables colleagues to work smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day walk‑in IT Bar support, run incident triage and onboarding setups (Jamf/Windows enrollment).
• Coordinate conference‑room AV technologies and oversee regional equipment lifecycle logistics, from purchasing and inventory to secure shipping.
• Proactively engage colleagues to champion AI‑enabled productivity tools (Cursor, Claude) and translate recurring technical pain points into actionable feedback for global product teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in corporate IT support, desktop support or service‑desk environments.
• Strong organisational capabilities, ownership, accountability and attention to detail in an autonomous setting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and endpoint management platforms such as Jamf.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms for maintaining operational records.
• Experience in purchasing, logistics and inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Cursor, Claude and other GenAI solutions.
