IT Senior Project Manager

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Marketing and CRM (Salesforce) capabilities for its BaaS Platform. You will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to ensure high‑quality outcomes within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce delivery team and third‑party vendors, providing 3rd‑line support and ensuring adherence to project standards.
• Manage the project roadmap with product owners, including scope definition, capacity planning, and release management.
• Facilitate risk, issue, and change management activities and maintain the Salesforce product and sprint backlogs.
• Oversee offshore development suppliers within an Agile framework, ensuring clear roles and deliverables.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive service quality improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cloud‑based CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce.
• Strong background in Agile project delivery and methodology adoption.
• Excellent time‑management, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Resilient, commercially‑savvy with strong judgment.
