IT Infrastructure Administrator – $140k‑$160k (incl. super)

About the role

We are seeking a newly created IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage, maintain and support our internal network systems. You will join a collaborative internal IT team of about 15 professionals, working on day‑to‑day operations and a variety of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 tenancy, including user provisioning and support.
• Monitor, configure and update network devices such as firewalls and switches.
• Deploy patching, firmware and security updates across the infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity tools and controls aligned with ISO 27001.
• Assist with private cloud (VMware) administration.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
• Support escalated IT queries and contribute to project delivery (upgrades, migrations, deployments).
