IT GRC Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced IT GRC Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply your cybersecurity and governance expertise to evaluate AI‑generated artifacts and ensure they meet high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated work products against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model outputs.
• Apply deep subject‑matter expertise in Cybersecurity and IT GRC to grade outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity or IT GRC.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.
