IT Field Engineer – Perth (Flexible/Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking skilled IT Field Engineers to support a variety of client environments across Perth and surrounding locations. The role offers flexible, hands‑on work for professionals experienced in end‑user computing, network hardware installations, desktop rollouts and general IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for PCs, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment and basic networks.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on end‑user devices.
• Install and image PC devices in a Windows environment.
• Deliver 1st and 2nd level deskside support and hardware support in data‑centre environments.
• Liaise with remote support teams to resolve incidents (IMACD, BreakFix, Smart Hands).

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
• Proven experience configuring, testing and installing network systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Active Directory and IP telephony is an advantage.
• Independent work style with good communication directly with onsite clients.
• Relevant IT degree, training or equivalent experience.
