Investment Analyst

About the role

Join Zagame Corporation’s Investments function as an Investment Analyst, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. You will help shape the group’s long‑term financial sustainability by building, managing and monitoring a diversified multi‑asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CIO to develop and implement a long‑term investment strategy aligned to group goals, liquidity needs and risk appetite.
• Deliver in‑depth investment analysis, including valuation, performance attribution, scenario modelling and market research.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, external managers and financial products.
• Monitor portfolio performance and investment risk across market, credit, liquidity and operational exposures, including stress testing and sensitivity analysis.
• Work with Finance to produce high‑quality reporting for the MD and Directors.
• Build strong relationships with fund managers, wealth advisers, family offices and internal teams.
• Support negotiations with investment managers, brokers and financial institutions.
• Help integrate AI tools into due diligence and everyday productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in investment management, portfolio construction and financial analysis, preferably with a fund manager or wealth adviser.
• Deep credit and equities investment expertise.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes and structured products.
• Demonstrated investment risk management capability, including stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Clear, executive‑level written and verbal communication.
• High integrity, discretion and awareness of confidentiality and personal trading obligations.
• Postgraduate qualifications in finance, economics or business; CFA, CA or CPA accreditation is a plus.
