About the role
We are seeking a skilled investigative journalist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will research, pitch, and develop original news stories, features, and in‑depth articles for a diverse audience.
Key responsibilities
- Research, pitch, and produce original investigative pieces and feature articles.
- Conduct interviews, gather firsthand insights, and verify facts using authoritative sources.
- Create clear, compelling, and accurate written content tailored to various audiences.
- Edit and proofread articles to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and fellow journalists to enhance content quality.

Required profile
- Proven experience as a journalist with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
