International Logistics Specialist (Mandarin)

About the role

We’re looking for an International Logistics Specialist to join our team and support the day‑to‑day coordination of international freight and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end international logistics activities, including bookings, customs clearance, line‑haul transportation and last‑mile delivery.
• Track shipments and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines/shipping lines, customs brokers, overseas warehouses and logistics partners.
• Proactively monitor shipment exceptions, delays and operational issues, and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Monitor logistics performance across transit times, costs and service levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support logistics supplier management, including performance tracking, issue resolution and service reviews.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, operational data and relevant documentation.
• Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years’ experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, cross‑border logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related discipline are desirable.
• Good understanding of international freight, customs clearance and end‑to‑end logistics processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with overseas partners and manage business correspondence.
• Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, courier or parcel logistics is highly regarded.
• A proactive and hands‑on approach, with strong ownership and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast‑moving environment.
