International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join Customs Agency Services (CAS) in Adelaide. In this role you will be at the centre of international freight movement, ensuring shipments are handled smoothly, efficiently and on time for our import‑export clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and resolving freight‑related issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, cargo terminals and other stakeholders to keep shipments moving.
• Prepare quotations aligned to client needs and ensure accurate billing.
• Lodge cargo reports on time to support compliance and avoid penalties.
• Maintain strict compliance with import, export, domestic and security requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all documentation and processes are in place for safe and timely cargo movement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of international logistics experience in Australia, preferably with a freight forwarder.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stay organised and perform well under pressure.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Cargo Wise One (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and Office 365 proficiency.
