International Associate Engineer

About the role

The International Associate Engineer ensures the end‑to‑end health, performance and sustainability of Clorox’s critical applications and supporting systems. Working across global IT, business teams and vendors, you will maintain service availability, security and efficiency while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT service operations, including system health, batch/data availability and incident handling.
• Manage performance, capacity planning and tuning for SAP‑related applications.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and problem‑management activities.
• Maintain accurate service asset data in the CMDB and enterprise management tools.
• Ensure disaster‑recovery plans align with the overall Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategy.
• Develop and execute annual lifecycle plans for patching, upgrades and decommissioning.
• Coordinate incident, problem and service‑request management during AMEA business hours.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs and participate in vendor review meetings.
• Manage transition of new or modified technology services into production, mitigating operational risk.

Required profile

• Strong background in IT service management and operations.
• Experience with SAP environments and enterprise‑level applications.
• Proven ability to lead complex problem‑resolution efforts.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
