Internal Sales & Storeperson

About the role

This varied position combines customer‑facing sales support with hands‑on warehouse duties in a busy branch environment. You will interact with electrical trades and commercial clients while ensuring orders are processed and dispatched accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to showroom visitors, over the phone and via email.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders and follow up on product availability and pricing.
• Receive, check and book incoming stock, pick and pack customer orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load, unload and deliver orders safely, complying with road rules and workplace health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Keep the showroom, warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organised and safe.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and confident when engaging with customers.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
• Team player willing to support both sales and warehouse functions.
• Customer‑focused with a strong commitment to exceptional service.
• Physically capable of general warehouse duties and safety‑conscious.

Required skills

• Current driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
