Internal Sales Representative

About the role

Chatoyer Environmental is seeking an energetic Internal Sales Representative to drive sales activity across an established portfolio of transactional customers. The role is focused on converting inbound enquiries, following up quotes, and proactively engaging customers to increase purchase frequency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries, provide product information, generate quotations and ensure fast, professional support.
• Follow up quotations within 24–48 hours, maintain outbound contact and re‑engage inactive customers.
• Manage a portfolio of ~300 customers, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track quote status and keep the sales pipeline visible.
• Support a seamless customer journey through timely communication and organised processes.

Required profile

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar commercial role.
• Confident phone communication and strong written email skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to maintain momentum in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and keep customer activity progressing.
• Exposure to industrial, environmental or consumables sectors is desirable.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Business Central 365.

What we offer

• Salary range $70,000 – $75,000 plus superannuation.
• Full‑time or permanent part‑time (4‑day week) options.
