About the role

A leading Building Services Design Consultancy in Brisbane is looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join its team. You will support the design of mechanical services across a range of projects, including commercial, residential, health, education and mixed-use developments, with mentorship from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design of mechanical services across a range of building projects
• Prepare design documentation, calculations and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, builders and other engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Keep up to date with industry codes, standards and sustainability practices

Required profile

• 3-6 years' experience in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering
• Degree qualification in Mechanical/Building Services/Building Services Engineering
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Eagerness to grow and take on increasing responsibility

Required skills

• Solid understanding of HVAC, hydronic and ventilation systems
