Interior Architect

About the role

Join a well‑established in‑house design team of a leading private developer focused on apartment projects. This hands‑on position covers the full project lifecycle, from brief development to delivery, with a strong emphasis on high‑quality interior design and FF&E specification.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to project brief development and scope definition.
• Manage external architects and produce detailed design documentation across all project stages.
• Research, select, and specify FF&E, ensuring alignment with design intent, budget, and program.
• Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support design quality through detailed technical resolution and buildability focus.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience, preferably on residential projects.
• Proven experience managing interior design packages.
• Strong technical understanding of construction detailing.
• Demonstrated experience in FF&E specification and documentation.
• High attention to detail and excellent coordination/project management skills.
