Integrated Planner

About the role

MECCA is seeking an Integrated Planner to lead demand and supply planning within its S&OP function. You will work across brand categories to ensure optimal product availability both in stores and distribution centres, supporting the company’s three‑year supply chain transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the demand and supply planning process within S&OP and drive continuous improvement for specific brand categories.
• Facilitate demand review meetings, building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain best‑in‑class store and distribution centre availability.
• Manage brand delivery‑in‑full performance and partner with brand teams to meet commercial targets while reducing cost of doing business.
• Ensure data accuracy through historical data cleansing and new data setup, establishing a single source of truth.
• Improve forecast accuracy and processes in line with business initiatives.
• Oversee system forecast performance, adjust forecasting methods, and collaborate on inventory policy with Supply Operations.
• Collaborate with store operations, merchandise, digital, marketing, and supply chain functions to generate consensus forecasts.
• Work with brand teams on new item forecasts, cannibalisation strategies, and ranging levels.
• Manage the flow of stock from brands to distribution centres and the purchase order lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in demand and supply planning within retail, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and inventory management skills.
• Ability to develop operational efficiencies and drive commercial outcomes.
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and business implications.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
