Installation / Site Supervisor

About the role

VENTORA Group is seeking an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to lead daily installation operations across its ACT territory. You will be the primary point of contact for installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of installation crews.
• Provide hands‑on support, training and guidance to team members.
• Demonstrate best practices and troubleshoot installation issues.
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the continual development of a Zero‑Harm safety culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction and a current construction licence (mandatory).
• Strong technical knowledge of product installation.
• Work Health and Safety (WHS) exposure with a focus on Zero Harm.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build instant rapport.
