Inside Recruiter - Legal, Risk & Compliance (Part-Time)

About the role

Robert Half's Legal, Risk & Compliance practice in Melbourne is adding a part-time Inside Recruiter (0.6 FTE, three days a week, Melbourne CBD). You will work closely with the Senior Practice Director and the wider team, focusing on sourcing and candidate delivery while keeping your career on track.

Key responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and market intelligence: find and engage candidates through referrals, networking, advertising and headhunting, and build and maintain talent pipelines
• Candidate assessment: screen, interview and reference-check candidates, understand their skills, motivations and career goals, and give them a positive, consultative experience
• Placement support: present candidates with accurate, timely information, debrief candidates after interviews, support offer management and keep candidates updated
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market intelligence and opportunities, help the practice meet its revenue goals, and improve recruitment processes
• Keep candidate records and activity tracking in Salesforce accurate and up to date, handling all data with integrity

Required profile

• A few years' experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition
• Confident sourcing and screening, with some exposure to client delivery
• Consultative, people-first approach and strong communication skills
• Well organised, detail-focused, able to work to activity targets and KPIs, and a team player
• Experience in Legal, Risk & Compliance recruitment is a bonus but not essential
