About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Infrastructure Director to lead end‑to‑end delivery of major infrastructure projects across power & utilities, transport, renewables and water sectors. The role combines strategic client advisory with team leadership and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.
- Inspire and develop a high‑performing team, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development and expand market presence in South Australia.
Required profile
- Australian residency with full working rights.
- Professional qualification in construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in infrastructure delivery, including utilities, power, transport or renewables.
- Extensive network and proven business development success in the South Australian market.
- Strong interpersonal, time‑management and communication skills.
