About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead MEP projects within its Adelaide Building/Technical Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with 5‑10 years of experience delivering complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects.

Key responsibilities

Lead delivery of technical building services projects, focusing on mechanical, electrical and controls systems.
Manage design and delivery of MEP works in live, operational environments, ensuring safety, quality and performance.
Develop and grow Turner & Townsend’s technical services offering across client portfolios.
Oversee project governance, reporting, change control and procurement activities.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of autonomous project management experience in MEP or design consultancy.
Tertiary qualification in engineering or relevant construction discipline.
Proven ability to manage full‑cycle delivery from feasibility to handover.
