Influencer & Content Coordinator

About the role

Brunae Body is seeking a highly organised and creative Influencer & Content Coordinator to support the rapid global scaling of its premium suncare and tanning brand. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help bring influencer and content campaigns to life across paid, organic, affiliate and brand channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage influencer gifting, communication, timelines and relationships.
• Coordinate affiliate partnerships and creator collaborations, sourcing emerging creators aligned with the brand.
• Assist in rolling out paid and organic content on Instagram, TikTok and Meta, handling scheduling, approvals and asset organization.
• Support PR opportunities, brand activations, events and product send‑outs.
• Help grow community engagement on social platforms through storytelling and interactive content.
• Support day‑to‑day marketing execution, keeping projects, launches and campaigns organised.
• Assist in ideating and coordinating high‑performing ad creatives and sourcing UGC for paid advertising.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand coordination or marketing assistance.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, influencers and digital culture.
• Passion for content, branding and the beauty industry.
