Inclusion Support Educator – Perth

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an Inclusion Support Educator in Perth, WA. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment where children with additional needs feel seen, heard, and empowered to participate fully in play and learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small‑group assistance tailored to each child’s needs.
• Support communication, self‑regulation and social development through engaging activities.
• Adapt learning experiences and environments to be accessible and enjoyable for all participants.
• Collaborate with educators, families and support services to deliver personalised strategies.
• Contribute to team planning, reflection and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Energetic, enthusiastic and team‑oriented.
• Working towards or holding a relevant Allied Health qualification.
• Passionate about working with children and making a positive impact.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children check.
• Australian work rights.
