About the role
Join Aussie’s retail team as an In-Store Mortgage Broker, helping customers in Melton navigate the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Manage walk‑ins, online leads and in‑store appointments with high‑intent customers.
- Guide customers through the home loan process and submit deals to the in‑house processing team.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and leverage referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing.
Required profile
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, support provided).
- Background in sales or customer service.
- Drive to grow the retail store and passion for helping customers achieve homeownership.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
