Immigration Consultant

About the role

KPMG Immigration is a national practice helping businesses navigate complex cross‑border environments. As an Immigration Consultant you will work within the Migration team to advise clients on visa strategies and support applicants throughout the visa process.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on appropriate visa strategies aligned with their workforce and business needs.
• Prepare high‑quality visa applications across a range of employer‑sponsored and other relevant visa subclasses.
• Work directly with visa applicants to explain requirements, gather supporting information and guide them through the application process.
• Collaborate with Immigration Senior Consultants and Managers as part of a national team.

Required profile

• Registered Migration Agent with a sound understanding of Australian immigration legislation.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while meeting KPIs and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of a broad range of immigration matters and visa subclasses.
• Strong ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
