Immediate Start Sales Role – No Experience Needed, Weekly Bonuses

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our face-to-face sales team in Surfers Paradise. No prior sales experience is required – you will receive full training and mentorship to succeed in a fast-growing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Represent client brands in direct, in-person sales campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
• Engage with the public, promote products/services, and achieve weekly sales targets.
• Participate in team events, crew nights and travel assignments as required.

Required profile

• Confident, personable and eager to succeed.
• Strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
• Available to work full-time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm.
• Must be 18 years or older with full working rights in Australia (working holiday visas accepted).

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
