Key responsibilities
- Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
- Build partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion.
- Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges.
