ICT Support Specialist – Data Centre

About the role

Join CDC Data Centres as an ICT Support Specialist and provide advanced technical support for a fast‑growing Australian data‑centre operation. You will work across multiple sites, including Marsden Park, Eastern Creek and Sydney CBD, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services for our customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking and application issues.
• Administer Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender and Copilot.
• Manage service‑desk operations, resolve complex incidents and act as the escalation point.
• Support endpoint management, MDM, ICT asset lifecycle, desktop deployment and device management.
• Implement and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder and Copilot Builder.
• Contribute to infrastructure support covering networking, DNS, file services and Windows Server environments.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors and project teams for technology upgrades, migrations and improvements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, user training and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in service‑desk and systems administration.
• Proven ability to support users, mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills
