IAM Consultant Manager

About the role

PwC Australia is seeking a Manager for its Cybersecurity & Privacy team to lead identity and access management (IAM) engagements for leading organisations across multiple industries. You will work with a collaborative, experienced team delivering future‑focused IAM solutions using AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of IAM projects, shaping solutions and delivering outcomes for clients.
• Design and support workforce IAM, customer IAM, privileged access, non‑human identities and emerging agentic IAM solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical recommendations.
• Work across IAM strategy, architecture, implementation support, transformation initiatives and managed services.
• Collaborate with PwC’s Digital, Cyber and global IAM teams and leverage modern delivery methods.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IAM covering both strategic advisory and technology delivery.
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders, lead conversations and manage delivery.
• Curious, positive mindset with a desire to keep learning as IAM evolves.
• Collaborative working style and cultural fit within a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Identity governance, access management, privileged access, customer identity, authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Idira / CyberArk and Ping Identity (desirable, not essential).
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and cloud IAM solutions.
