Hygiene Service Technician – Road‑Based Role with Company Van

About the role

Join Initial Hygiene as a Hygiene Service Technician and enjoy a road‑based position that gives you control over your schedule and the freedom to finish early in the afternoon. You will service a variety of commercial and community sites across the Wagga area, delivering professional hygiene solutions while travelling in a fully‑maintained company van.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine hygiene and cleaning services at client locations, including washrooms, aged‑care facilities, offices and classrooms.
• Use company‑provided tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record service details, issues and completion status via a mobile app or tablet.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety and customer satisfaction on each visit.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies while on the road.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, natural‑born problem solver with a positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated individual who thrives on autonomy and variety.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel daily within the Wagga region.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment medical, reference and police checks.
