Hygiene Service Technician (Cleaner Driver) – Melbourne

About the role

Join Initial Hygiene as a Hygiene Service Technician who also drives a fully‑equipped company van across Melbourne. You will deliver washroom hygiene services, maintain product supplies and ensure clean, safe facilities for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and maintain washroom hygiene services and cleaning products at client sites.
• Drive a company van safely, covering long distances and multiple locations.
• Use a mobile service app/tablet to record jobs, report issues and manage inventory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Required profile

• Current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to work full‑time in Australia.
• Experience in cleaning or a related industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Physically fit, able to work autonomously and travel long distances.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet safety standards.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment medical, references and police check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile phone service apps.
• Tablet operation for job reporting.
