Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

The Human Resources Recruiter will join Raya CX’s HR team in Maadi, QLD, working on‑site to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, interview candidates and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with fair, non‑discriminatory recruitment standards.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and support onboarding activities.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
• Provide data‑driven insights to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong talent acquisition and candidate sourcing experience, preferably in BPO or high‑volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple requisitions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job boards, social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and evaluations.
