About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Human Resources Graduate Program in Brisbane. The role offers hands‑on experience across core HR functions while contributing to projects that support the company’s people and culture in a global, sustainability‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including job posting and candidate coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Contribute to learning and development programmes.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative and operational support.
- Participate in performance management and talent development processes.
- Help with HR data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on HR‑related projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
- Graduated within the last three years (2024‑2026).
- Willingness to travel locally, regionally or interstate for construction‑related projects.
