Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment function. The role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to three years of experience who want to develop a long‑term career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applications, communicating with candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Liaise with hiring managers and internal teams to arrange interviews and track recruitment progress.
• Participate in first‑round interviews, take notes and assist with candidate evaluations.
• Prepare offer letters, collect onboarding documentation and monitor onboarding progress.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce regular reports.
• Assist with campus recruitment events, career fairs, information sessions and on‑site interviews.
• Build relationships with universities, career services and student organisations.
• Manage recruitment‑related WeChat groups, post updates, respond to enquiries and nurture candidate communities.
• Provide general HR support, including new‑employee orientation and confidential record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management or a related discipline (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with campus recruitment activities.
• Ability to manage and engage communities on WeChat.
