Human Resources Advisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join its Engineering & Design business in Melbourne. This HR generalist position will support leaders across the organisation, delivering practical HR solutions that enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate organisational and specific resourcing needs.
• Support senior HR colleagues in managing and resolving workplace relations matters, including formal and informal grievances.
• Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, investigations and Fair Work Commission cases under direction.
• Provide operational HR advice on a variety of workplace relations issues and HR policies.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: inductions, onboarding, probation reviews and employee exits.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a generalist HR role within a medium to large organisation.
• Experience in engineering, design, infrastructure or construction sectors is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.
