HSE Administrator – Water Desalination Project

About the role

ACCIONA is delivering the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant, a $2.8 billion water infrastructure project for Western Australia. As an HSE Administrator you will support the project’s health, safety and environment function, ensuring data integrity, coordinating documentation, and assisting with mobilisation and training on site.

Key responsibilities

• Support collection and accuracy of health and safety data across the project.
• Assist mobilisation of subcontractors and personnel through project systems.
• Manage and maintain HSE documentation, records and reporting tools.
• Prepare safety communications, reports and publications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver project training sessions and inductions, ensuring participants are properly briefed.
• Monitor availability of HSE equipment and coordinate procurement of goods and services for HSE events.

Required profile

• Administrative experience in a health and safety or project environment.
• Sound understanding of WHS legislative requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work within a team.
