Environmental Manager / Coordinator – 2/1 Roster – Perth

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking experienced environmental professionals to join upcoming infrastructure projects in regional Western Australia. The positions include Environmental Manager, Environmental & Sustainability Coordinator and Advisor, working on a 2/1 roster to support large‑scale civil and construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Environmental Management Plan.
• Monitor compliance with environmental approvals, legislation and standards.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives and reporting.
• Maintain environmental registers, documentation and support corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in environmental or sustainability roles.
• Sound knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to work a 2/1 roster.
