About the role
A casual HR Truck Driver position based in Wingfield, South Australia, advertised by WorkPac. The role involves operating a flat deck truck to transport drums and packaged waste, and servicing and maintaining parts washing equipment. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm.
Key responsibilities
- Service, maintain and clean parts washers, parts cleaning sinks and turbo-wash machines
- Service packaged collection equipment
- Operate a flat deck truck to move drums and packaged waste
- Deliver packaged waste to disposal facilities
- Use the truck's vacuum hose for waste collection (full training provided)
- Complete general cleaning and maintenance duties
Required profile
- Current HR licence; manual HR licence preferred
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential to start
- Previous truck driving experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer
- Pay of $39.89 per hour plus penalties
- Super paid on all base hours
- Temp to perm for the right candidate
