HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

The HR Operations Coordinator will deliver high‑quality, compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle for the APAC region. Working within a small, dynamic team, you will support employees, manage documentation, and contribute to a positive team culture in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line HR support on programs, policies, timesheets, pay, benefits, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of complex employee issues with Payroll, Total Rewards, IT and HRBP teams.
• Manage onboarding logistics across TA Ops, HR Data, Tech and Facilities to ensure a smooth experience.
• Process employee data changes, job requisition requests and maintain organizational charts, headcount files and census reports.
• Collaborate with the HR Data team on regular data audits to ensure data quality.
• Support HR operational projects aimed at improving process efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with HRBP teams on client‑specific projects and tasks as required.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced HR environment.

Required skills

• Oracle HRIS experience.
