HR Learning Coordinator

About the role
The HR Learning Coordinator will join Suncorp’s Enterprise Talent and Leadership team to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership development programmes. This 9‑month contract role operates in a hybrid work environment and supports the company’s leadership strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Project and programme manage a portfolio of leadership initiatives.
- Monitor programme performance, evaluate outcomes and implement improvements.
- Manage vendors for the delivery of key talent and leadership programmes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Contribute to strategic talent and leadership projects.
Required profile
- Exposure to Learning, Organisational Development, HR or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering learning programmes, reporting and project management (non‑negotiable).
Required skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes.
