HR Driver / Warehouse Operator - Newcastle

About the role

A client of Impact HR Group is looking for a reliable HR Driver to join its Newcastle team, delivering building products across the Hunter region. The role combines driving with warehouse work: when not on the road, you help prepare customer orders and keep operations running smoothly. It is advertised as casual to permanent, with full-time hours and immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver building products to residential and commercial sites.
• Operate an HR truck safely and professionally.
• Assist customers with deliveries, including manual unloading where forklifts or cranes are not available.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders in the warehouse.
• Work as part of a team to complete deliveries safely and on time.

Required profile

• Current HR Driver Licence.
• Forklift licence required.
• Positive driving record, including current demerit points, which can be supplied.
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling.
• Reliable, with a positive, team-first attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous experience in delivery driving or warehouse operations is highly regarded.
