HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic ally to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with the company’s objectives. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle for assigned departments, from workforce planning and recruitment to training coordination and change support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into HR strategies, covering organisational design, talent management and performance.
• Plan, track and manage headcount against budgets, providing insights on workforce trends and cost optimisation.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, define role requirements, manage sourcing and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle employee-relations matters, coach managers and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, employee-engagement initiatives and talent reviews.
• Support business transformation by facilitating change-readiness activities, communication and training.
• Coordinate training logistics, work with regional L&D teams, monitor attendance and maintain LMS records.
• Use HR data and analytics to produce reports that inform decision-making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce planning and headcount management.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience managing employee-relations issues and providing HR advisory.
• Demonstrated ability in talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Experience supporting change-management and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Background in coordinating training programmes and using learning management systems.
