Housekeeping Room Attendant (Part-Time)

About the role

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group is looking for Housekeeping Room Attendants to join its team on a part-time basis, reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper. The role sits within the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport hotels, which also includes the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre, and focuses on delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors as allocated to the required standard.
• Replenish guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms to the correct standards for each room type.
• Report lost property following the correct procedures.
• Handle guest laundry in line with hotel policy.
• Use and clean equipment carefully, report defective equipment and keep department equipment maintained to a high standard.
• Protect the security of keys and guest rooms, report suspicious persons or items to the supervisor.
• Store and use cleaning agents correctly according to health and safety regulations and manufacturer instructions.

Required profile

• Experience in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work a rotating roster over 7 days, from 6:00am to 9:30pm.
