Housekeeping Leading Hands & Supervisors – FIFO 14/7

About the role

Sodexo is seeking experienced Housekeeping Leading Hands and Supervisors for a full‑time FIFO position on a 2/1 roster at various remote mine site villages in Western Australia. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning accommodation rooms, residential areas and town facilities, ensuring the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the Housekeeping team on‑site, providing hands‑on leadership.
• Oversee cleaning of all accommodation rooms, residential and town facilities at the mine site.
• Apply initiative and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.
• Ability to undergo pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol testing and police check.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong work ethic and focus on service standards.
• High level of safety knowledge and supervisory background.
• Experience managing teams; hospitality or FIFO experience is highly desirable.
• Good level of fitness to work 11‑hour days in extreme environments.
