Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park is looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Team Members to keep its cabins and shared areas clean, comfortable and welcoming for guests. The role is casual, and previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Making cabins and accommodation fresh, clean and guest-ready
• Cleaning and servicing accommodation and shared areas to NRMA housekeeping standards
• Changing linen, making beds and replenishing guest supplies
• Keeping an eye on the small details that matter to a guest's stay
• Working alongside a friendly team while also being able to work independently
• Pitching in across the park when needed

Required profile

• Friendly, positive and reliable attitude, with good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good time-management skills and the fitness and energy for a hands-on role
• Willingness to follow housekeeping standards and daily priorities
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is great, but a great attitude matters too
