Housekeeper - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Housekeeper for its aged care homes. The role keeps each home clean, hygienic and safe for residents, and is part of a team of aged care professionals working across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe every day.
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation of the home and the service it offers.
• Manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical.
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles.
• Positive, warm, empathetic and with a can-do approach.
• Team player.
