Hospitality Tech Specialist – POS (Sydney)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing hospitality technology company launching our Sydney presence. As a Hospitality Tech Specialist you will be the on‑ground face of the business, helping hotels, restaurants and pubs get real value from our POS platform and integrated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, train and support venues on a leading POS system and related modules such as reservations, QR ordering, inventory and rostering.
• Work with inbound leads from established partners, diagnose each venue’s challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits across Sydney while maintaining a remote work base.
• Collaborate with the broader commercial team to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in hospitality, hospitality technology, or POS environments.
• Deep understanding of day‑to‑day venue operations and the pressures of busy kitchens and bars.
• Confidence to advise owners and patience to train staff.
• Ability to work independently from a home base with regular travel across Sydney.
• Australian work rights; local market knowledge is a strong advantage.
