Hospitality Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Darling Crackles, a boutique marketing agency specialising in the hospitality industry, is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Account Manager with experience in hospitality and restaurant marketing. You will report directly to the Director and work with a small, tight-knit team, owning the implementation of marketing strategies so that campaigns run to brief, on time and deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic marketing plans across a portfolio of hospitality clients, ensuring campaigns are executed to brief, on time and to a high standard
• Create and manage social media content for hospitality venues that drives reservations
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns via Meta Business Manager, focused on conversion and bookings
• Own client relationships day-to-day, including regular WIPs and clear communication on deliverables and timelines
• Produce monthly performance reports, analyse what works and recommend improvements
• Monitor KPIs across all accounts and flag issues early

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a Hospitality/Restaurant Marketing Account Manager role, ideally agency-side
• Hands-on experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing is essential
• Expertise in social media marketing for hospitality, with content that converts to bookings
• Analytical, with an ROI-driven approach and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities under pressure
• Permanent, unrestricted work rights in Australia
